CAARDO will be in regular contact with Local Business Development Officials, Associations, Representatives, and Business People to develop networks of strategic partners that may include economic development departments of government, Business Associations, Training, Centers, Trade and Exhibition Firms, Credit Unions and other Business Support Organizations. CAARDO will provide training centers about vocational services, for women and men in the distant area from the cities. This organization will solve medical problems as well, and CAARDO will make literacy training centers for dependent and uneducated people especially for women.

WORKING POLICY

(Capacity & Ability Building, Agriculture & Rural Development) will work through village based Extension Systems where the extension agents would live and work in the communities and develop programs in partnership with community leaders and farmers. This community based business model will reduce the security risk to the farmers and projects. CAARDO staff will consists of highly educated and talented young people with different professional back grounds. The organization would give priority for the women employees. CAARDO would like to work to all over the Afghanistan; CAARDO is open for all the people for its opportunity to Work.
